The most important thing if you have special requirements is to contact the airport on 0871 919 9000 so that any arrangements can be put in place. This apart the airport provides the following assistance.

Parking

Designate parking spaces for the disabled located in the short stay car park. Should you require help with your luggage or wheelchair assistance there are telephones connected to customer services. If parking in the medium or long-term car parks accessible coaches are available.

Wheel chairs

Are available free of charge throughout the building and once again help will be given if required.

Toilets

Disabled toilets are available throughout the terminal building.

Pay Telephones

Once again available throughout the terminal with low level unit in the departure lounge.

First Aid

Please contact the information desk so that privacy can be arranged for administering medicines.

Guide Dogs
