East Midlands airport as it was formerly known serves the cities of Nottingham, Derby, Stoke, Coventry, Sheffield, Leicester and Birmingham. The airport is ideally located just off junction 24 of the M1. This connects to the A453 less than 10 minutes away from the airport terminal and our car parking facilities. From the West the airport is approached by the M5/ M42 link onto the A453 and from the A42 from Birmingham.

Getting to East Midlands Airport

East Midlands Airport Car park information.

We are able to provide three car parking options all close to the airport.

East Midlands Airparks:

This car park is located just past the airport entrance and is the cheapest of the 3 options. Transfers only take 5 minutes. Unfortunately this car park is very popular and is virtually full all year round and customers are recommended to book at least two to tree weeks in advance to have any chance of booking a space. There is no other off airport car serving the airport.

Upon arriving at the car park, please report to reception with your confirmation whereupon you will be given instructions upon your return to telephone and to walk to the pick up area just outside the airport terminal.

Nottingham East Midlands Mid Stay Car Park

This car park is operated by the airport and is situated within the airport perimeter with transfers taking 2-3 minutes.

On arrival at the car park take a ticket at the barrier and park your car and take one of the regular transfer buses to the airport terminal. Upon return go to the Parking Control room with your confirmation and have your ticket validated.

Prestige Indoor

This car park is located directly across the road from the terminal and you can either walk to the terminal or use the airport transfer bus.

Prestige also offer the following services:

• Hand wash and leather service.
• Executive Car Valet.
• Upon arrival and returning to the Car Park.

Prestige Indoor is for the customer who is time conscious, simply take your confirmation to reception and walk back upon return.
